Yuntian Proton Exchange Membrane (YTWM series) for water hydrogen production is the core component of
the membrane electrode of the water electrolyzer. The proton membrane undertakes the function of proton
conduction, isolating H2 and O2, and supporting the catalytic layer. Its performance directly determines the
performance and service life of the water electrolyzer.
At present, perfluorosulfonic acid proton membrane is the first choice for hydrogen production by
hydroelectrolysis, which has a complex preparation process and high cost. The membrane developed by our
company has the advantages of low electronic impedance, high proton conductivity, good chemical stability,
mechanical stability, anti-gas permeability, etc., and is deeply applied to the electrolytic water hydrogen
production tank, etc., which makes continuous contribution to China's green electricity conversion.

The moisture content and condition of the film will affect its dimensions, and this change may not be
symmetrical in the length, width, and thickness directions. Once the cover and backing films are
removed, the film will react accordingly to the environmental conditions in the workplace. For example,
if the film is left on the backing film, the film's reaction to relative humidity conditions may cause the
film/backing film combination to curl. In addition, certain manufacturing steps performed by the
customer may also affect the size and flatness of the film.
