Product Description

1.Product Introduction

PVDF sheet combines good mechanical, thermal and electrical properties with excellent chemical resistance. It has good resistance to UV, corrosion and radiation and can be used in food contact applications. It also has good wear resistance and sliding properties making it a versatile engineering material.

PVDF characteristic & Apllication

• Temperature: -30°C up to +150°C.
• Excellent resistance to UV and weathering.

PVDF is widely used in chemical tank linings,semiconductor,pipe fittings,electric plating,sealing,pump valve fluid,photovoltaic(PV),water treatment etc.

1. Polyvinylidene-fluoride (PVDF): There are three series of injection molding, extrusion and molding. 

2. Fluorinated-ethylene-propylene(FEP): Insulation series, sheath series, transparent series and high strength series.

3. Polyfluoroalkoxy (PFA) : Injection molding, extrusion, molding three series. 

4. Polytetrafluoroetylene(PTFE): Two series of dispersion resin and suspension resin.

5. Ethylene tetra fluoro ethylene(ETFE): Three series of injection molding, extrusion and molding.
