PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) has the strongest toughness, low friction coefficient, strong corrosion resistance, aging resistance, weather resistance, good radiation resistance and other characteristics in fluoroplastics. Compared with other commercial fluorothermoplastics, PVDF has the lowest melting point and the highest thermal deflection temperature under load.

DY-1 has fine chemistry corrosion resistance, fine ultraviolet ray and the high energy radiativity resistance etc. It can be mixed with acrylic resin and additives to form a bake type PVDF fluorocarbon coating with superior performance.
